CHILD SAFETY
Their Safety. Our Responsibility.
Every young person deserves to feel safe, respected and supported.
At Thriving Sons, child safety is fundamental to how we operate, how we select and support mentors, and how we build relationships with young people and their families.
Creating safe environments isn’t simply about having policies. It’s about the responsibility we carry in every interaction.
OUR COMMITMENT TO CHILD SAFETY
Safety Is Everyone’s Responsibility.
Our commitment is to create mentoring environments where young people feel heard, respected and protected.
We recognise the importance of clear boundaries, appropriate conduct, accountability and ongoing communication with families and relevant organisations.
Our approach is informed by the National Principles for Child Safe Organisations and our internal safeguarding framework.
